Silence

Can you imagine feeding your stomach without a gap forever? The food we feed our stomach needs to be digested, nutrients absorbed and waste products excreted.  This processing of food is essential for our well-being. The gastrointestinal tract gets ready to process the next feed between meals.  This housekeeping of the gut enhances our digestive capacity.

Now, regarding our mind, what is happening? We constantly provide our minds with pieces of information of all kinds, from all sources, good and bad. But we never bother to process this information and analyze what we need to store and what we need to ignore. If we give time to process these inputs, we can maintain our mental well-being. Take time with yourself. Meditation helps you to connect with your mind. It helps you to differentiate thoughts that encourage you to reach great heights and others that can put you down. This enhances your mental clarity. Stop feeding your mind continuously. Let us silence the mind for a while.
