The Package

Do you know the secret of a successful business? The package. No matter what is inside, the packaging is what’s more important. Is the package attractive? Does it catch the eyes of the customer?

For example, I set out to sell an edible product that is very healthy. It is organic and promotes health and well-being thereby increasing the lifespan of individuals. Since I have a product that has real value, I decided not to concentrate much on the packing. When it comes to the market, do you think it’s going to sell well? No. People are attracted only by looking at the package and that tempts them to buy it. It doesn’t matter what is inside, the package is really important for sales.

How many times in our lives have we failed to listen to the advice of our parents, elders and our near and dear ones? How many times do we have problems with our children because they do not listen to us?  We wonder why they get irritated with us when we stand for their well-being. How we tell is more important than what we tell. Even if we are truly concerned and speak only for the highest good of the other person, using the appropriate tone and words is the key to effective communication. People do not remember what we tell them instead they get connected to only how we tell.

Let’s not forget that the content is important and equally important is the package.
