Space is limited

Some of you know that I live in a single-bedroom apartment with my family of 4. Here space is a concern. I have to meticulously use every corner of the house to accommodate all our material things without messing up the beauty of my home.

We had difficulty fitting all our shoes in our small shoe rack. Recently I purchased a new shoe rack to replace my old one. Before the delivery date, I disposed of the old rack and created space for the new one. In the process, I realized what we are failing to do in our lives.

All our experiences right from our childhood are stored as memories in our minds. Some are sweet memories to cherish and some are frustrating memories that make us only depressed and agitated. As we grow, our memories keep adding. Is it not essential to create space for these? Where do we store our new memories if we refuse to let go of some of our memories? Our minds will become clutter.

It’s worth keeping happy memories, but why store unpleasant memories when the space is limited?
